Terms of Use — Video Ad Maker & Generator

These terms govern your use of the Video Ad Maker & Generator app and web tool (the "Service"), provided by SET IREPLAY, 42 rue de la Motte Brulon, 35700 Rennes, France. By using the Service you agree to these terms. Apple's Standard EULA also applies to the app.

1. The Service

The Service generates video ads from a product or service URL you provide, using AI. Rendering runs on our servers and typically takes 10–25 minutes; we notify you and store the result in your account.

2. Acceptable use & your content

You are responsible for the URL, brand assets, and instructions you submit and for the ads you generate. By using the Service you represent and agree that:

You own or have the rights to the product, brand, logos, images and content you advertise, and to use them in an ad.
You will not use the Service to create content that is unlawful, infringing, deceptive or fraudulent, hateful, harassing, sexually explicit, or that depicts or endangers minors, or that otherwise violates Apple's App Review Guidelines or applicable law.
You will not advertise another party's brand or product without authorization, or impersonate anyone.

We may refuse, filter, or remove content and suspend accounts that violate this section. AI systems can make mistakes; you are responsible for reviewing each ad before you publish or use it.

3. Purchases

Ads are sold as Apple In-App Purchase consumables; each purchase grants one rendered ad at the price shown before you buy. Prices vary by duration and the formats you select. Purchases are handled by Apple and are subject to Apple's terms; refunds are handled by Apple per its policies. A free first ad is available if you provide your own Anthropic API key.

4. Intellectual property

Subject to these terms and your rights in your inputs, the ads we generate for you are yours to use. The Service, software and our trademarks remain ours.

5. Disclaimers & liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, including fitness for a particular purpose or that generated ads will be accurate, non-infringing, or suitable for any platform. To the maximum extent permitted by law, SET IREPLAY is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the ad at issue.

6. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time in the app. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by French law, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
