Privacy Policy — Video Ad Maker & Generator

This policy explains how SET IREPLAY (trading as VENDREDI-APP.FR on Google Play; "we", "us") handles your data in the Video Ad Maker & Generator app — on Android (tv.ireplay.videoadmaker) and iOS — and the related web tool at ireplay.tv/tools/ad-generator (the "Service"), which turns a product or service URL into AI-generated video ads. It is specific to this app and supersedes any other iReplay/My TV Channel policy for it.

1. Data we collect

Account (Sign in with Google, on Android; Sign in with Apple, on iOS). Your name and email address (which may be Apple's private-relay address) and the Google or Apple user identifier for your account, used to create and recognize it. On Android we use Google's Credential Manager, which returns a signed token containing your name, email address and profile-picture URL. We never receive your Google or Apple password.
Content you submit. The product/service URL you provide, any optional brand book (PDF), logo image, and style notes. We fetch the public page you point us to in order to build the ad.
Your Anthropic API key (optional). Only if you choose the "use my own key" free path, your key is collected, encrypted at rest (AES-256-GCM), used solely to render that ad, and deleted as soon as the render completes or fails. We never display, share, or reuse it.
Generated output. The video ads, captions, posters and music prompts we create for you, stored so you can access them under "My ads".
Purchases. Purchases are made through Google Play Billing on Android and Apple In-App Purchase on iOS. We receive the store's purchase/transaction identifier to credit your ad; we never receive your card or payment details.
Push token. A device token — from Firebase Cloud Messaging on Android, or Apple Push Notification service on iOS — if you allow notifications, so we can tell you when an ad is ready.
Support messages. Any feedback or message you send us.

We do not use advertising or tracking SDKs, do not track you across other apps or websites, and do not sell your data.

2. How we use it

To generate, render, store and deliver your ads; to notify you when an ad is ready; to operate accounts and process in-app purchases; to provide support; and to keep the Service secure.

3. Service providers (sub-processors)

Anthropic — the AI that authors and renders the ad. The brief we build from the page you submit (title, description, images) and, on the free path, your own Anthropic API key, are sent to Anthropic to produce the ad. See Anthropic's privacy policy for their practices.
Google — Sign in with Google, Google Play Billing, and Firebase Cloud Messaging (push notifications) on Android.
Apple — Sign in with Apple, In-App Purchase, and push notifications on iOS.
Crisp — our support tool, which receives your email/name and message if you contact us or send feedback.

Data is transferred to and processed on our servers in France and by the sub-processors above; it is encrypted in transit (HTTPS/TLS).

4. Retention & deletion

Account data is kept while your account exists. Your Anthropic key is deleted right after each render. You can delete your account in the app — open the Account section on the main screen, tap the menu next to your name (▾ on Android, ••• on iOS) and choose Delete account. This revokes your sessions and devices, removes the personal link to your ads, payment records and feedback, and deletes your account (if your account also has an iReplay web login, we instead unlink the app sign-in from it). Some payment records may be retained in anonymized form for accounting/legal obligations.

If you have uninstalled the app or cannot sign in, you can request deletion by email instead. Full details, including exactly what is deleted and what is retained, are on our Account & data deletion page.

5. Your rights

You may access, correct, export or delete your data, and object to or restrict processing, by deleting your account in-app or contacting us. EU/EEA users have rights under the GDPR; California users under the CCPA.

6. Children

The Service is not directed to children under 13 (or the applicable age in your country) and we do not knowingly collect their data.
