WordPress TV channel and radio plugin: 24/7 playout from your own site

The iReplay.tv WordPress plugin turns a WordPress site into a 24/7 TV channel or radio station that visitors can tune into at any time, in the way a broadcast channel works rather than a video library. You upload video or audio from the WordPress admin in any format, we transcode it and build a rolling schedule from your library, and a shortcode embeds the player.

How it works

• Upload from wp-admin. Any format is accepted.
• Our servers encode each file at 1080p, 540p and audio-only, then send the renditions back to your server.
• We generate a 24/7 broadcast schedule from your library, the way a real channel is programmed.
• You embed the player with one shortcode, [ireplaytv_player channel="my-channel"], which works with any theme. A WebRadio shortcode is included.

What comes with it

Packaging is broadcast grade and plays on browsers, phones, smart TVs and set-top boxes with adaptive quality. Ad breaks are supported for FAST channels, and access can be gated with the WordPress membership plugins you already run for Pay TV or PPV. A dashboard in wp-admin reports real-time viewer counts, peak concurrency and daily usage.

Your video segments stay on your own WordPress hosting; only the lightweight playlists are served by iReplay.tv, which is what keeps the plugin free. If you need manual program ordering, live insertion into the linear stream, real-time schedule edits or several channels at once, the My TV Channel companion handles playout that the automated scheduler deliberately does not. iReplay.tv is run by a collective of streaming and broadcast engineers; you can also hire streaming and broadcast specialists.
