Delete your account — Video Ad Maker & Generator

This page explains how to delete your account and your data in the Video Ad Maker & Generator app (tv.ireplay.videoadmaker on Google Play, published by VENDREDI-APP.FR, and Video Ad Maker & Generator on the App Store), and in the related web tool at ireplay.tv/tools/ad-generator. The app and the Service are operated by SET IREPLAY (VENDREDI-APP.FR), 42 rue de la Motte Brulon, 35700 Rennes, France.

Option 1 — Delete your account in the app

If you still have the app installed, you can delete your account yourself. Deletion is immediate; no confirmation email or waiting period is required.

Option 2 — Request deletion by email

If you no longer have the app installed, or cannot sign in, email us and we will delete the account for you:

Send the request from the email address you used to sign in (your Google account, or your Apple ID / Apple private-relay address) so we can verify that the account is yours. Please state that you want your Video Ad Maker & Generator account deleted.

We confirm and complete the deletion within 30 days of receiving a verified request, and in practice usually within a few business days. If we cannot match your email address to an account, we will tell you and ask for the information needed to identify it.

What gets deleted

Your account record — name, email address, and the Google / Apple sign-in identifier	Deleted. If the same email also has an existing iReplay web login, we instead unlink the app sign-in from it, so the web account you created separately survives.
Sessions and sign-in tokens on all your devices	Deleted (you are signed out everywhere).

Feedback and support messages you sent from the app	Deleted.
Your Anthropic API key, if you ever supplied one on the “use my own key” path	Deleted. (It is in any case erased as soon as a render completes or fails.)
The video ads you generated, and their captions, posters and prompts	Unlinked from you — the personal link to your account is removed, so the remaining render data is no longer associated with any identifiable person.
Purchase records (Google Play / Apple in-app purchases)	Kept in anonymized form — your user ID and email are stripped from them. We must retain the transaction records themselves to meet French and EU accounting and tax obligations (generally 10 years). They contain no card or payment details; we never receive those.

Other data

Deleting your account does not cancel or refund an active in-app purchase — those are managed by Google Play or Apple, not by us. Backups are rotated on a rolling basis and any residual copies age out within 35 days.
